Customers pay through Stripe Checkout for orders, gift cards, event bookings, balance payments and game session settles. Card data never touches our servers. Stripe handles PCI, we handle the application. Every charge writes a ledger row that your accountant can read without translation.
Pair a physical card reader to the venue or the waiter tablet. Take chip-and-PIN, contactless, and Apple/Google Pay at the table. Tips, surcharges, and split bills handled at the device. The platform reconciles to the same Stripe payment intent so till variance disappears.
Drivers onboard once via Stripe Connect, and your delivery payouts flow to their accounts on your schedule. You stop running an unofficial payroll out of cash, and they get the audit trail HMRC will eventually want to see.
For events, our cancellation policy is in the engine. Staff click Cancel, see a preview of the refund breakdown by line, confirm. Stripe issues the refunds, the customer gets a clear email, the audit log records every refund ID. For orders, manual refund is one click in the payments admin.
Sell gift cards online via Stripe, redeem them at the till or against any booking. Voucher codes apply per-line on a customer order or per-booking on a game session. Balance and ledger live in the same database as everything else, so you're not reconciling a third-party gift card vendor at month end.
