Hi, I'm gluten-free with a peanut allergy. Which mains on tonight's menu work for me?
Two mains match both restrictions on tonight's menu:
  • Classic Cheeseburger, £14.50. Served with a GF brioche bun on request. Contains milk + mustard.
  • Crispy Chicken Wings, £12.50. Rice-flour coating, naturally gluten-free. Contains soy.

I'd avoid the Spaghetti Bolognese and Margherita Pizza tonight . Both contain gluten. Chocolate Brownie is a peanut risk (prepared on shared surface).

Can the spaghetti be made gluten-free?
Yes. GF spaghetti, cooked in a dedicated pan. Supplement is +£2.00 (so Bolognese £15.50 total). Kitchen flags it on the ticket so there's no cross-contact.
What wine pairs with it? And anything mild for my 8-year-old?
Two quick picks for you:
Chianti Classico · £7.50/125ml
Tuscan sangiovese. Bright acidity cuts the ragù.
Kid pick · Crispy Chicken Wings · £12.50
Mild glaze, no chilli. Gluten-free, nut-free.
Can you book us for 19:30 tonight, party of 4?

Ask about allergens, pairings, bookings…

Trained on your menu, not the internet.

Every dish, modifier, allergen, and price is loaded from your live menu. If it is not on your menu, it is not in the answer. No made-up dishes. No yesterday's specials.

Takes pressure off the floor.

Customers ask "is the jerk chicken gluten-free?" or "what do you recommend for a vegan?" before the waiter gets to the table. Your floor staff spend time closing tables, not answering the same questions over and over.

Safe on allergens.

Allergen questions check against the matrix in your Compliance Hub. If the answer is not there, the concierge tells the customer to ask a staff member rather than guess. That is what Natasha's Law actually wants you to do.
