Staff order board · Kitchen display · Waiter tablet

The screens your staff actually use.

Minimal taps, no training needed, ready before opening. Built and tested under real Friday-night load at GOOOD Mansfield.

Order board, kanban-style.

Submitted, accepted, ready, completed. Each card carries the table, the items, the ETA, and any allergen flags. Drag a card or hit a button. Either way the customer's tracking page updates.

Kitchen display routed by station.

Tickets land at the right station: grill, fryer, bar, prep. Timers start the moment the ticket lands and turn red when they overrun. Recall the last ticket if it's been bumped by mistake. Soft-print to the kitchen receipt printer when the platform is the system of record.

Waiter tablet, real working surface.

Take orders at the table. Modify orders mid-service. Split bills by item, by share, or by cover. Take payment at the table by Stripe Terminal, gift card, voucher, or cash. Tip handling at the till. PIN sign-in for fast handovers.

Service heartbeat.

If a ticket sits unaccepted for too long, the platform escalates: a banner on the staff board, a push notification to the manager. Service heartbeats also detect when a kitchen screen goes offline so you find out before customers do.

Mobile dashboard for the owner.

When you're not on site, the owner dashboard shows live revenue, the orders in flight, alerts that need attention, and a one-tap link into any order. Pulled from the same database, not a glorified spreadsheet.
